AGE: 78 MT. ARLINGTON Ralph D. Wurzbach, 78, of Mt. Arlington, NJ, died suddenly on Friday, April 2, 2010, at St. Clare's Hospital, Denville. He was born Dec. 29, 1931, in Brooklyn, NY. He had been a resident of Mt. Arlington since 2007, formerly living in Byram and the Netcong area for many years. He worked as the assistant superintendent for the Township of Byram Department of Public Works, retiring in 1997 after 17 years. He was a longtime coach for boys baseball and girls softball in Sussex County. He served in the US Army from 1948 to 1952 and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was predeceased by his wife, Marjorie, in 2007. He is survived by his three children, Karl D. and wife Sarah of TN, Cindy Damato and husband John, Dawn Fralley and husband Todd, all of Netcong; and eight grandchildren, Scott, Andrew, Kristen, Bethany, Matthew, Danielle, Taylor, and Faith. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Highway 10, Randolph Twp. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lenape Blazers Softball League, P.O. Box 551, Stanhope, NJ 07874.
