Evelyn Dawson, 80, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Merry Heart Nursing Home, Succasunna.
Evelyn was born in Redbank. Resident of Wharton for most of her life.
She worked as a Medical Assistant at Dover Christian Nursing Home, Dover, and retired in 1999 after 30 years.
Evelyn is survived by two sons: Greg J. and wife Gwynne of Budd Lake, and James and wife Robin, of PA.
She is also survived by six grandchildren: Greg Jr., William, Melissa, Jamie, Megan, and Ciara, and four great-granddaughters.
A Memorial Service will be held at St. Therese R.C. Church, 151 Main Street, Succasunna, (973-584-8271), at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 30, 2010. Arrangements by Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to: Merry Heart Activity Fund, 200 Rt. 10, Succasunna, NJ 07876.
