Obituary of Howard E. Shaw

Howard Shaw passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at Regency Grande Nursing Center, Dover. He was a lifelong resident of Dover, (Dover High School class of 1938), and a 77 year active member of First Memorial Presbyterian Church, Dover. He served in the Navy during WWII (May 1944 thru January 1945) in the Phillipines. He was attached to the Naval Air Intelligence Unit. He was employed at several N.E. New Jersey aerospace companies from the 1940's through the 1970's, and was proud of his participation in the space program. Survived by his devoted wife of 64 years Ruth B. Shaw (Kielblock), his sons Leslie E., Ernest C., and his daughter Louise B. Shaw. He was predeceased by his brothers Lowell, Foster, and his sister Harriet Shaw. A Memorial Service is planned at First Memorial Presbyterian Church, Dover on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 2:00 p.m..
