Obituary of Marie T. Meli

MARIE T. MELI, 90,Loving Mother,Grandmother and Greatgrandmother.Mrs. Meli passed away on Saturday,October 23, 2010 at Care One in Parsippany after a long illness. She was born in New York City and raised in Hudson County,she then lived in Bergen County and Florida before returning to live in Randolph in 1999.She worked for Boeing Aircraft during World War II as a "Rosie the Riveter". She then went on to start a family and become a Homemaker,who loved cooking,gardening and visiting with her family. She is survived by her three sons: Anthony P. and his wife Lois Of Montville, Louis and his wife Joanne of Maywood,Paul and his wife Maryann of Plantation,Fl..Her daughter: Mary Lou Kennedy and her husband Tom of Randolph. Eight Grandchildren:Tom,Brian and Kevin Kennedy,Timothy,Zachary,Nicholas and Tareza Meli and Genene Pagliaro. Also six Greatgrandchildren and her beloved cat "Sugar". Mrs. Meli was pre-deceased by her loving husband Anthony in 1995. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 3-5 and 7-9PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10 West,Randolph,NJ www.Tuttlefh.com.
