Obituary of Peter D.J. Kohli

Peter D.J. Kohli, 78, of Mine Hill, passed away Tuesday, October 26th, 2010 at Merry Heart Healthcare Center, Succasunna, following a long illness. Peter was born in Jersey City and has resided in Mine Hill for 51 years. He served in the U.S. Army as a Corporal during the Korean War. He worked as a Train Conductor for N.J. Transit, Hoboken. Member of United Transportation Union and former member of the Mine Hill American Legion Post #391. Survived by his wife of 51 years, Margaret Ann (Cliss); two daughters Debra Ann Bonanni and husband John of Boonton and Margaret Smith of Randolph. Also survived by four granddaughters Danielle, Christina, Nicole, and Harley; two brothers Frederick & Joseph of NJ and sister Teresa Sabo of GA. Visitation Friday, October 29, 2010, 4 - 8 p.m. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's R.C. Church, Wharton, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 30th, 2010. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, North Arlington.
