Obituary of Nancy Pearl Smith

Nancy Pearl (nee Schmehl) Smith, 60, of Parsippany, passed away Saturday, December 25th, 2010 at Saint Clares Hospital, Denville, following a short illness. Nancy was born in Newark, raised in Nutley and has been a resident of Parsippany for 30 years. She was a member of The Living Waters Fellowship in Newton. Nancy was self-employed as a Clinical Nutritionist. She received her undergraduate degree from William Paterson University and her masters degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. She was a member of the American College of Nutrition and Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation. Nancy is survived by Dr. Chester F. her husband of 30 years; two daughters Darcy Kallus and husband Craig of Mt. Bethel, PA and Christine Tran of Denville. Also survived by three grandchildren Zachary, Zoe, and Audrey; two sisters Mary Ellen Fox and husband Richard of Dover, Fran Schmehl of Coppell, TX; one brother-in-law Kenneth G. Smith and wife Constance of Newton; two nephews Bryan and Richard and two nieces Laurinda and Heather. Visitation will be Sunday, January 2nd, 2011, 2 - 4 P.M. followed by a service at 4 P.M. at Bethlehem Church, 758 Route 10, Randolph (973-366-3434).
