Obituary of Theo M. Rugg

Theo M. Rugg, 101, of New Hope, PA, passed away Thursday, January 13th, 2011 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA. Theo was born in Newark, NJ and has been a resident of Langhorne since May 1993. She previously resided in Lake Hopatcong. She worked as a Retail Saleswoman at Johnson's Department Store, Netcong, NJ. and retired in 1983 after 18 years. Member Vasa Order of America, Arlington Lodge 62 of Budd Lake. Previously a member of the Mt. Olive Senior Citizens Club. Theo is survived by her daughter Marjorie A. Allen of New Hope, PA; three grandchildren Arthur III, Lori, and Jodi; five great-grandchildren Jonathon, Kimberly, Ashley, Chloe, and Michael and one great-great-grandson Drew. Predeceased by her husband of 78 years, Arthur B. Rugg Sr.; son Arthur B. Rugg Jr.; son-in-law Robert Bruce Allen and daughter-in-law Dorothy Rugg; also predeceased by five brothers and sisters and one grandchild Judith Hamtil. Visitation Monday, January 17th, 2011, 10 - 12 Noon at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph, NJ (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Service will also be Monday, 12 Noon at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover, NJ.
