Phyllis Hill Bailey, 80, of Dover, NJ passed into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on April 17, 2009.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 21 from 3-5pm and 7-9 pm at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Rt. 10 Randolph, NJ (973) 366-7400 Tuttlefh.com.. The funeral service will begin in the funeral home on Wednesday, April 22 at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park in East Hanover.
Born in Newark, Mrs. Bailey grew up in the Oranges and was a 1947 graduate of West Orange High School. She attended Douglas College and later graduated from County College of Morris in 1975. She was a licensed realtor.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, James Bailey, two sons, Douglas Bailey and wife Nancy, Donald Bailey and wife Susan. Also two daughters, Barbara McGuire and husband Eugene and Marilyn Bailey and husband Randy Witt. Also, ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
