Antonio M. Oliveira, 68, of Hunter, NY since 2008, formerly of Randolph,born in Figueiro da Serra,Portugal, passed away at The University Medical Center in Princeton on May 6, 2011. Antonio was a Math Teacher at Randolph High School for 22 years,retiring in 1989.Upon his retirement he worked for the N.Y. Mercantile Exchange until 2008. He was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at Jersey City State College, both as a Soccer Player and a Coach. He also began the Soccer Program at Randolph High School and coached there for 15 years, where the team competed for Championship titles in 1982,1985 and 1986.He was a parishioner of Resurrection Parish in Randolph and a member of the Kiwanis Club for 30 years. Antonio is survived by his wife Theresa and his two children: Antonio R. and Francesca R. Oliveira, both of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by his two sisters: Emelia O'Grady of Arizona and Antonia Oliveira-Rodriguez of Florida. A visitation will be held on Monday, May 9, 2011 from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Route 10 West, Randolph. www.Tuttlefh.com . A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Resurrection Parish, 651 Millbrook Ave., Randolph. In lieu of flowers donations are requested in his memory to: The Randolph Kiwanis Club, PO Box 106, Mt. Freedom,NJ 07970.
