Saturday,August 22, 2009 10:00 AM Service Mrs. Marjorie E. Johnson, 87, of Hopatcong passed away Tuesday, August 18th, 2009 at Newton Memorial Hospital, following a short illness. Resident of Hopatcong since 2000, moved here from Florida, former resident of Randolph for 20 years. Mrs. Johnson was born in Dover. She was a member of Mt. Fern Methodist Church, Randolph. She was a homemaker. She had worked for NJ Bell Telephone Company during the mid 1940's and for JCP&L during the 1960's. She is survived by her son Jeff and wife Kathy Gsell of Randolph; daughter Cathy Gsell Hegarty and husband Bob of Hopatcong, with whom she resided since 2000; two brothers Art Hedden of Alaska & Bob Hedden of Georgia; sister Virginia Heath of Georgia ; four grandchildren of loving "Grammy G"; Jeff Gsell Jr., Derek, Catherine Hegarty & Bobby Hegarty Jr. Also survived by 3 great grandchildren; Chloe, Robert & Fiona. Predeceased by her first husband George Gsell and her second husband Walter M. Johnson. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 22, 2009 , 10:00 AM, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. Visitation Friday, August 21, 2009, 3-5 & 7-9 PM, at Tuttle Funeral Home. Interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Randolph.
