Obituary of Ruth R. Schiffner

Ruth R. Schiffner, 89, of Randolph, passed away Thursday, August 18th, 2011 at Sunrise Assisted Living, Randolph. Ruth was born in Wharton and has been a resident of Randolph for three years. She was a member of the Wharton United Community Church at St. John's. She worked as an Office Manager at Region Oil, Dover for 50 years, and retired in 1989. Ruth is survived by her two sons Wayne and wife Patricia of Berlin and Craig and wife Lori of Randolph and her twin sister Jean Wainio of Chapel Hill, NC. She is also survived by six grandchildren Linnea, Kara, Bryan, Daniel, Kirk, & Alison and two great-grandchildren Fionna and Rachael. Predeceased by her husband Joseph in 2010. Visitation Sunday, August 21st, 2011, 1 - 5 P.M. at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, August 22nd, 2011 at 10:00 A.M.. Entombment will follow at Locust Hill Mausoleum, Dover. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her memory to the Wharton United Community Church at St. John's, 20 Church Street, Wharton, NJ 07885.
