Frances (Fran)Montesion, 91, of Rockaway, NJ, passed away at the Regency Grande Nursing Center, Dover, NJ, on Tuesday, December 24 after a long illness.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 4 from 2-6, with a memorial service at 5P.M., at the Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 Rte 10,Randolph, NJ.
She was previously employed by Nite Kraft, Orange, and Korvettes, West Orange, and spent a good deal of her life caring for sick family members.
Fran was predeceased by her parents, Alexander and Angelina (Ippolito) Capodiferro; her husband, Anthony; her daughter,Linda Mangan; and two sisters, Louise Arleo and Josephine Spero.
She is survived by her devoted son, Anthony of Fruit Cove, FL; two sisters, Viola Tornillo ofToms River and Theresa Sorge of Whitehouse Station; four cherished grandchildren, Brian Mangan of Rockaway and Nicole, Alexandra, and Marcus Montesion of Fruit Cove, FL; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Fran will always be remembered for her caring and kind spirit and her ease in making friends.
