Obituary of Frederick C. Fenske

Frederick C. Fenske, 65, of Kenvil, passed away Tuesday, September 20th, 2011 at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, Newark, following a long illness. Born in Orange, he has been a resident of Kenvil for 37 years, moved here from Lake Hopatcong.
He was a member of the Bethlehem Church in Randolph.
He served in the U.S. Army Engineers during the Vietnam War.
He worked as a Diesel Mechanic at Village Bus in Lafayette and retired in 2004.
He graduated in 1966 from Bailey Technical Institute in St. Louis, MO. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and nephew. He loved camping, horseback riding and skeet shooting. He took pride in caring for his home and family. He was always willing to help his friends, family, and neighbors.
He is survived by Darlene, his wife of 40 years; two daughters, Dawn Kaltnecker and her husband Greg of Randolph and Heather Fenske of Baltimore, MD; granddaughter Ceili Self; brother, Paul Fenske of Livingston; two aunts, Carol Huck of Livingston and Dorothy Sisco of FL and his uncle, Art Fenske of NH. Also survived by his parents-in-law, Harold and Rose Zadroga of Livingston.
Visitation Friday, September 23rd, 2011, 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).
Funeral Services will also be held at the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Saturday, September 24th, 2011. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover.
