Philomena Lavoritano, 85, of Succasunna, passed away Wednesday, August 15th, 2012 at Merry Heart Nursing Home, Succasunna. Mrs. Lavoritano was born in Orange and has been a resident of Succasunna since 2004, formerly of West Orange. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by her son Nicholas of Millington; two daughters Rosanne Rodriguez and husband Munsey of Succasunna and Lorraine Susini and husband Michael of Randolph; brother Joseph Spallone and wife Gaetana; seven grandchildren Ramona, Renee', Rina, Lindsey, Lauren, Michael and Christopher and nine great-grandchildren. Also survived by her Merry Heart family and friends. Predeceased by her husband Nicholas E. in 1998. Visitation Friday, August 17, 2012, 4 - 8 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass at St. Therese R.C. Church, Succasunna, at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 18th, 2012. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to: St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38148-0142 (www.stjude.org).
