Obituary of Nathaniel Aiken

Nathaniel Aiken, 73, of Morristown, passed away at home, surrounded by his family, Tuesday, December 11th, 2012 following a short illness. Nathaniel was born in Morristown and has been a resident of Chester and Morristown. He worked as a Manager for AT & T, Basking Ridge, and retired in 1994 after 25 years. He was the husband of Carol E. (Maillard) Aiken. He is survived by his wife Carol (Maillard) of 49 years; two sons Nathaniel and his wife Lisa of IN and Daryl and his wife Diana of Randolph; four grandsons Kyle, Julian, Bryce, and Nathaniel, Jr.; his brother Leroy and three sisters Gladys Golden, Agnes Boyd, and Joann McCann. Also survived by his brother-in-law Robert Maillard and his wife Joann of AZ, special friend Angelica Samuels, and other family members. Visitation Monday, December 17th, 2012, 10:00 - 11:00 AM at Calvary Baptist Church, 10 Martin Luther King Blvd., Morristown (973-267-0136). Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM also at the church. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Morristown. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory are requested to Atlantic Hospice, 465 South Street, Morristown, NJ 07960.
