Obituary of Angelina A Annolina
Angelina Ann Annolina, who celebrated her 100th birthday in March, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 4, 2017. Angelina was born in Allentown, PA, to her parents Frank and Frances Muratore. Angelina lived there until moving to Long Island in 1928 and ultimately to Bayonne in 1931 where she resided until moving to Randolph in 2012. As a young girl, Angelina began to work as a seamstress and continued to do so for 36 years until 1967 when the Western Electric employed her for 18 years as an assembly line worker building telephones. When the Western Electric closed down, Angelina was not yet ready to retire even though she was 68. She then became employed by the Bayonne Co-Op Nursery School as the class aide for 3 and 4 year old children. She was happily employed there until she was 87 and only left because the school closed its doors.
Angelina loved working, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and all of her grand and great-grandchildren. Spreading her “love five” and “sharing is caring” mantra with all the children blessed to be part of her life. She loved baking and cooking for the holidays but her passion was her love of family, friends and her faithfulness to God, Saint Anthony and Saint Jude.
Angelina was the devoted wife of the late Peter Vincent and the loving mother of Marion Amabile (George), Judy Lapinski (Dennis) and Fran Cirelli (Bruce). Angelina was also the beloved grandmother to Michele Angermiller (Rob), George Amabile (Amy), Joseph Amabile, Michael Lapinski (Lindsay), Denise (nee Lapinski) Zoccolillo (Pete), Annemarie (nee Lapinski) Dzurilla (Mike), Christe (nee Cirelli) Volpe (Troy), Nicole (nee Cirelli) Grech (Dave), and the late Lisa Marie Cirelli. She was the cherished great-grandmother to thirteen and four step great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her siblings Joseph and Anthony Muratore (Marie), Mildred DiGilio (John), Mary Nelson (Oscar), Grace Minotto (Angelo), and Amelia Cifarelli (Patrick) and a host of other loving family members.
