Obituary of Philomena Ruvo

Philomena “Phyllis” Ruvo, 69, of Morris Plains, passed away, on Monday, July 30, 2018, at Morristown Medical Center. She was born and raised in Belleville and resided in Cedar Grove before becoming a resident of Morris Plains in 2005.
She owned a successful ceramics company, Ceramics by Phyllis.
Phyllis is survived by her son Mark and girlfriend Jacki of Hopatcong; sister Angela LeBar and her husband Dennis of Morris Plains. She was also loved by a large family of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and Kira.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2018, 1:00-5:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Funeral Mass Monday, August 6, 2018, 10:00AM at St. Christopher’s Church, Parsippany. Interment is private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to either American Heart Association, PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241 or National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33Rd Street, Suite 1100, NY, NY 10016.
