Alfred “Alfie” Covine
Mr. Alfred J. Covine, 55, passed away after a short illness Saturday, September 19, 2009 at his residence in Dover.
Alfred was a resident of Dover for 2 years, former resident of Denville.
Mr. Covine was born in Dover.
Since 1986 he worked as a Crane Operator at Operating Engineers, Local Union # 825, Springfield.
Survived by his wife Astrid of 2 years and his two daughters Laura Covine, of Denville, and Jamie Morrison, of Philidelphia, Pa. Also, survived his two grandchildren, four brothers, four sisters, and his nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Dover, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 (973-366-0060).
Visitation will held on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. (www.tuttlefh.com)
