Obituary of Louis Silberman

Louis Silberman, 91, of Rockaway Twp., passed away Wednesday, November 26th, 2014 at his residence. He was born in New York, NY and has been a resident of Rockaway Township since 1960. Mr. Silberman served in the U.S. Navy during WW II. Louis graduated from CCNY, and received his Masters Degree in Chemistry, at Brooklyn College, NY. He worked as a Chemical Engineer at Picatinny Arsenal, Rockaway Township, for For over 30 years. Louis is survived by his loving family, including two daughters Ronnie Gillman and her husband Jerry Smith and Faith Chinskey, five grandchildren Carrie, Eric and Elizabeth Gillman, Alex and Nicholas Chinskey, four great grandchildren Olivia, Michaela, Theodore and Dylan. Predeceased by his wife Mickey in 2011. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 28th, 2014, 10:00AM-11:00AM, at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com ). A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 AM also at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Dover Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Randolph.
