Obituary of John Kefalas

John Kefalas, 83, of Flanders, passed away Saturday, February 21st, 2015 at Saint Clare's Hospital, Dover. John was born in Greece and has been a resident of Mt. Olive since 1999. He formerly resided in Rhode Island. He was the owner of John's Restaurant, Providence, Rhode Island and retired in 1999 after 45 years. Member of St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church in Randolph. He was a former member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Cranston Rhode Island where he served on the Parish Council and was a member of AHEPA. Survived by his wife Angela, of 59 years; three children Tina Kefalas and her husband Garry Giacchi of Hope and Stefanos and Anna Kefalas both of Flanders. Also survived by his brother and sister both in Greece and three grandsons John, Andrew and Nicholas. All Services are Private. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in his memory to St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, 1447 Sussex Turnpike, Randolph, NJ 07869.
