Obituary of Anastasios Berdebes

A service of Divine Liturgy will be held on Monday, October 26 at 11:00am at St. Andrew Greek Orthodox Church, Randolph Mr. Anastasios Berdebes, 66, of Rainbow Lakes, NJ passed away peacefully on Friday, October 23, 2009 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Born in Cephalonia, Greece, he was a resident of Rainbow Lakes, NJ for the last 20 years, prior to that he lived in Caldwell, NJ. Mr. Berdebes enjoyed traveling back to Greece every summer and seeing his many relatives whom he loved dearly and who loved him. He was a devoted family man and he will be missed by all who are now forever thankful for his presence in their lives. He is survived by Maria, his beloved wife of 40 years, two daughters and his son-in law: Areti Berdebes, Joanne Berdebes and her husband George Limberis of Denville, NJ. He is also survived by his four year old grandson Johnny Limberis, who was the light of his life. A service of Divine Liturgy will be held on Monday, October 26 at 11:00am at St. Andrew's Greek Orthodox Church, 1447 Sussex Tpk., Randolph, NJ 07869. 973-584-0388. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery in Dover.
