Obituary of Kenneth Church

Please share a memory of Kenneth to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Kenneth “Kenny” Church passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones in his Mt. Arlington home on Wednesday evening, January 9, 2019, due to complications from Alzheimer’s. He was 66. A loving father and husband, Kenny was a kind and gentle soul beloved by family and friends. Admired for a tireless work ethic and charitable nature, he also held a lifelong affinity for both animals and children.

Kenny grew up in a large, close-knit family in Palisades Park. He was a boy scout and altar boy before graduating from Paramus Catholic. Over the course of his career, he worked at Ippolito Waste, Beyer Bros., and ultimately retired as a Fleet Manager from Waste Management in Fairview.

Kenny is survived by his wife, Evelyn; four children, Kenny, Jon, Brittany and Theo; four grandchildren, Manny, Aiden, Sophia and Victoria; three brothers, Steve, Paul and Frank, and three sisters, Betsy, Carolyn and Christine; and Jake, his beloved dog. Kenny is predeceased by his parents, Stephen and Isoline Church.

His viewing will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 12:00-4:00 at Tuttle Funeral Home in Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). The family has requested that donations go to the Alzheimer’s Association, St. Jude’s or Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.
