I worked with Raymond for just under ten years while working for Judge Dumont. It was such a pleasure coming to work with him. Over the years I learned so much about your family. Each year Ray and I would come up with a strategy regarding training our incoming law clerks. He enjoyed mentoring the clerks, especially with mediation for small claims cases. I recall he was always so concerned about his jury during a trial, and often after opening arguments for each case, he would come into chambers and write down his prediction how he thought the trial would go. I remember the stories he would tell me after the grandkids would come for a visit - and some of them would move the icons on his computer - just to mess with their grandpa. I got such laughs about that many a Monday morning. If you knew him, you knew just how much that was a bother to him, but very funny for me hearing about it. It was truly a blessing to have his path cross mine in my lifetime, he opened my eyes to so many things over the years. My deepest condolences to your family. I will miss our phone calls about what is going on in the courthouse. Prayers to all of you. Dawn Morris
