Charles Lindburg Blackwell, Jr., 68, of Victory Gardens, passed away on March 29, 2020, at St. Clare’s Dover. He was born in Reidsville, NC and grew up in Morristown. He worked at GlaxoSmithKline, Parsippany for 23 years. Charles also worked at Howmet for 18 years.
He is survived by his sister Mary Blackwell, sister-in-law Raquel Blackwell, nephews Francisco Maculet (Tatiana), Mauricio Silva, and Joshua Blackwell and a host of other family and friends.
He is predeceased by his parents Charles Sr. and Gladys Blackwell (Poteat) and recently by brother Jeffrey Orrin Blackwell.
Due to the current executive order all arrangements are private.
