Obituary of Florence L Hartman

Florence L. Hartman, 94, of Succasunna, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at VNA Hospice, Dover. She was born in Wanaque to the late Dominic and Igina Luciani. Florence spent her early life in Wanaque and graduated from Butler High School in 1943.Florence worked as an Executive Secretary for US Rubber, Wayne where she met her husband Gene. When Gene retired in the late 1960’s they moved to Venice,Florida. Florence lived in Florida until 2017 when she moved to Succasunna.

Florence loved to read and visit her local library. She was devoted to the Virgin Mary and said the Rosary every day.

She is survived and loved by numerous nephews and nieces and their children. She was predeceased by her husband Eugene in 1991 and her five siblings,Candido Luciani,Rose DiLaura, Alfred Luciani, Therodore Luciani,and Gloria Pessolano.

Florence generously donated to many charities. In lieu of flowers donations,can be made in her name to the Salvation Army or a Cathoic Charity of your choice.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, 10:00AM at Resurrection Parish, Randolph. Interement is private. All arrangements by Tuttle Funeral Home.
