Alfredo “Chico” Vazquez, 88, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2021 after a long courageous battle with cancer.  He was born May 14, 1932 in Aguada, Puerto Rico, the son of Isidro Vazquez and Juana Nieves.   Alfredo was a machine operator for Advanced Pressure Casting, Denville. He had a passion for gardening, family and friends.  

He is survived by Ramonita Vazquez his wife of 61 years, son Julio (Rosa) Vazquez of Dover, and daughter Ana Mitchell of Warwick, NY,  2 sisters and 1 brother of Aguada, Puerto Rico; 5 grandchildren Jessica, Nicole, Vanessa, Erik and Ryan; 3 great grandchildren Nicholas, Giovanni and Valentino. 

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 10:00am-1:00pm at Tuttle Funeral Home,  272 Route 10, Randolph with the interment to follow at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.  Please adhere to the COVID-19 CDC regulations if attending. 

Donations in Alfredo’s name can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital www.stjude.org/
