OBITUARY

OF

FELIPE N. ROSSY

Felipe N. Rossy was given his angel wings on March 9, 2021 at the age of 73 years old.  He loved his family dearly and his joy of living was always showing kindness to everyone he met.  In his early years he proudly served as part-time Special Law Enforcement Police Officer for a number of years in the Town of Dover.  He worked for the Westinghouse Elevator Co. in Randolph for 20 years prior to retiring in 1992.  He was known for his great sense of humor and for helping others in need, especially sharing his life lessons and stories.  His love for music in playing his guitar, songwriting and singing was his lifelong passion.  While he may be unseen and unheard, he will be profoundly missed and loved, and forever held close to our hearts. 

Felipe was preceded in death by his parents, Fernando and Monserrate Rossy, and his brother, Francisco Rossy.

He is survived by his wife, Gladys of over 50 years; his son, Felipe, Jr.; two daughters, Gladys and spouse, David; Norma and spouse, Jhonatan; five grandchildren, several brothers and sisters, several nieces and nephews, and extended family.

Visitation at Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph (Tuttlefh.com) on Friday, March 12, 2021 from 10:30AM – 12:15PM followed by a Funeral Mass 1:00PM at Sacred Heart Church, Dover.  Interment at Locust Hill Cemetery, Dover.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are welcomed in Felipe’s name to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org as an expression of condolences.

Attendees are required to wear face coverings, practice social distancing, and are respectfully asked for no physical contact with the family.
