Obituary of Ruth Arlene Dartnell

Roxbury Township- Ruth Dartnell passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021, at the House of Good Shepard Hackettstown. She was born in New Ringold P.A. to Samuel and Emily (Paul) Behler. Ruth retired after 25 years as Head Secretary of Guidance at Roxbury High School. She loved working with the school system and the students.  She was a Girl Scout Leader, a member of the Women's Bowling league for many years after retirement.  Ruth was a member of the Calvary Bible Chapel Baptist Church in Flanders.

 Ruth is survived by her children- Keith, Nancy Hynson, Tom and (Alisa).  She leaves her 6 grandchildren- Ryan and (Tanya) Hynson, Steve and (Kimberly) Hynson, Heather, Whitney and (Tyler), Jessica and Morgan Dartnell, also her two Great grandchildren, Jordyn and Camryn Hynson. Sister- Faye Kieb

She proceeded by her husband Robert. her three brothers, Arlin, Robert, Daniel and her four sisters, Mildred, Jean, June and Betty. She loved going to sporting events to see her children and grandchildren compete.  She will be dearly missed for her baking, kind heart and her wry sense of humor.

Visitation will be held on Friday May 14th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m with a Funeral Service to begin at 12:00 at Tuttle Funeral Home 272 Route 10, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com).
