Obituary of Johnny E Johnson

Johnny E. Johnson, 62, of Dover, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021, at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Dover and worked as a  Equipment Operator for the Town of Dover Street Department in Dover for 26 years. Retiring in 2014. 

Johnny was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Dover, and Dover Moose Lodge. John had founded the first Charter Chapter of the American Legion Riders  out of  Mine Hill. He enjoyed his Harley Davidson, his 62 Ford Galaxy Convertible,  and Camping with his family and friends.

Johnny is survived by Pat, (Milburn) his wife of 23 years; daughter Jennifer Johnson; goddaughter Kassandra Kunsman and many other loving family members and friends.  He is predeceased by his father Francis Johnson Sr.,mother Jesse Johnson , brother Robbie Johnson, and his in laws Ralph and Martha Milburn.

A celebration of Johnny’s life will take Sunday October 31, 2021, from 1:00-4:00PM, at Dover American Legion 2 Legion, Dover.
