I am saddened to hear of Wayne's passing. When I started with NJ Transit in 1984, Wayne was a supervisor of locomotive engineers (Road Foreman) in Hoboken, NJ. He was fair and considerate to those in his charge. I remember my first assignment to operate a train which was a "last minute" situation. Everything worked out well, and when I met with Wayne the next day he said "thanks a lot, you really helped us out, and I owe you". That's the kind of supervisor and person that he was. I always remembered that. May God rest his soul and I am sorry for your loss. Jeff Kovacs
