Roberta Terry Mountjoy (Bertie)

Lifelong resident Wharton, NJ

Born 7/24/1939 – Wilkes-Barre, PA

Passed away 6/11/2022 after a short illness in Dover, NJ

Employed at Picatinny Arsenal until her retirement in 1984. Roberta was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star – Pearl Chapter 79. Roberta was a fan of Elvis music, old movies, game shows, loved playing bingo and Bunko. Predeceased by her parents Jay Clayton Mountjoy and Deverne Hendrickson. Survived by her loving sister Jay Clare Voorhees, cherished niece Cindy Hildebrandt and nephew Donal Voorhees, along with many great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will take place on June 18, 2022, Saturday 11:00AM, at Locust Hill Cemetery Dover, NJ. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Easter Seals of New Jersey.
