It is with deep sadness that we read of the passing of dear Jim (as we knew him). Living three hours away, working Monday, and having a child in school at that time, we will be unable to attend the service. We know it will be a beautiful service as Jim was a wonderful gentleman. We have visited First United Methodist Church in Dover as often as we could over the years especially when my mother was living (Harriet Buono) and Jim was always welcoming, warm and caring. He was especially kind to my mother when they both were in a rehab facility probably about ten years ago after my mother had a serious fall. I remember his grandson attending services with him when we visited years ago. I remember Jim attending my mother's 90th birthday party when she was living at Merry Heart Assisted Living three years before she passed on. Always Jim was a kind and gracious gentleman and I'm sure he will be dearly missed in this life, but certainly now hearing the words of our Lord, "well done good and faithful servant.." we "do not grieve as those who do not have hope." In Sympathy, Francine Buono Moody

A true friend to the end -- Made her laugh , Had serious conversations, Harry was truly her Big Buddy to his little Buddy. Nightly calls kept them close even after they were housebound. My mom will miss him, we will miss his laugh and remember it always.

Papa was the BEST grandfather that anyone could ask for or ever dream of. For many summers, he welcomed all of us grandkids to his house on the lake. He’d take us daily to the Lake Forest Yacht Club, so we could swim at the beach. (He’d sit on a bench for hours just watching us play and would listen to his radio). Some of our best memories include fishing and riding in his boat “The Betsy D”, going to church and watching him sing in the choir, and our many trips to Discovery Zone and Picatinny Air Base for groceries. For years, he drove a hatchback Hyundai that he’d pile all of us into so that we could go all these places. Papa- the man, the myth, and the legend will be forever missed. We love you forever and always Papa! -The seeds

who we are:
Tuttle Funeral home was designed as a funeral home by funeral home architects and designers. Unllike many funeral homes that were originally old homes and then were converted into funeral homes.
Though it was designed as a funeral home, it still provides the warm comforting feeling of a home, but with more space and an open feeling.
Our location
272 Highway 10 Randolph
