I met Jannie as she was the cousin of my husband (Roy Evjen). I always enjoyed seeing her as she was so friendly and pleasant. We got together occasionally at her mother’s house in Yonkers, New York. We both had young children and would visit in the backyard. I would get news of how Jannie was doing through my sister in law, Susan (Evjen) Sepulveda King. I was happy to see all the pictures of Jannie and her family on this site. My husband, Roy, and I send our sincere condolences to Jannie’s 3 sons and their families. May Jannie Rest In Peace!
