Obituary of Marion Swanwick

Marion Swanwick,  at the amazing age of 98, of Randolph,NJ, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at Runnells Rehab, Berkeley Heights. She was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late George and Theresa Roberts.  

She was a loving mother and always happy to spend time with her children.  When she lived at home before long term care she spent her days talking to the family birds, Lucky and Feathery.  Her favorite pastime was watching the birds outside on the bird feeder mesmerized by their colors and their beauty as well as having a special treat whenever we brought her magazines of birds.

She is survived by her three children Thomas Swanwick and his fiance Wendy Wainstein, Leo Swanwick, Marie Westerman and her husband Richard Westerman; two grandchildren Jill Marie Westerman Scott and her husband Michael Scott and William Thomas Westerman,along with her great grandson Daniel Scott. Also survived by nieces and nephews Karen, Bobby, Cecelia, Jerry, and Christine. She was predeceased by her brothers, George Jr. and Leonard. 

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 3, 2024, 11:00AM at St. Vincent Martyr Cemetery, Madison. Arrangements by Tuttle Funeral Home, Randolph.
