Obituary of William R. Goble

William R. Goble, 62, of Rockaway, passed away Friday, June 24th, 2016 following a short illness at Compassionate Care Hospice, Dover. William was born in Dover and has been a lifelong resident of Rockaway. He worked as a Senior Roads Foreman for the Rockaway Roads Department, Rockaway Township, and retired in 2016 after 28 years. William was an avid Bowler and he loved fishing. He was a master Sheet Rocker and Spackler. He also coached his son William's football, wrestling and baseball teams. He is survived by his son William II of Rockaway; brother Richard Goble, Jr. of Vernon and sister Sandy Goble also of Rockaway. He is predeceased by his brother Thomas and his parents, Richard Goble Sr. and Doris Goble. Visitation Tuesday, June 28th, 2016 form 4:00-7:00PM, with a service beginning at 6:00PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph (www.tuttlefh.com). Interment is private.
