Obituary of Sean Rollnick

Sean Michael Rollnick, 43, has passed. Sean was a graduate of Hopatcong High School, attended Rutgers University, and earned his degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Western State University. He was a NiDan (2nd degree black belt) and former instructor for Jersey Judo Karate Academy, and coach for the Alyeska Snowboard Team in Alaska. Sean was an avid musician and teacher of music in Girdwood, Alaska. He loved sharing his musical gifts and was a free spirit; he spent most of his time outdoors where he enjoyed snowboarding, fishing, hiking, and music. He lived life on his terms. Sean is pre-deceased by his loving mother, Judith and survived by his father, Lee Rollnick of Hopatcong, his sister Carey Curry, her husband, Robert, and his adored nephew and niece, Owen and Ava of Chester. His paternal relatives, Eric Rollnick and Amy Snow, both of Conway NH, and their respective spouses and children, Daniel Rollnick and Ben Hackett also mourn his loss. Memorial services will be held at Tuttle Funeral Home in Randolph on Thursday, July 14th at 7pm.
