Mr. Earl L. Johnson, 70, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2010 at home following a long illness. Resident of Dover since 2005, moved here from Bellaire, Ohio
Mr. Johnson was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
He was a Pastor at First Baptist Church in Bellaire, Ohio, and retired in 2003 after 25 years.
He is survived by seven children: Vanetta Davis of NJ, Dirinda Chambliss of St. Claire's, Ohio, Cynric Johnson of FL., Khadeja Matney of TX., Kheeta Johnson of FL., Cyrell Johnson of CO., and Tewshawnee Johnson of TX. Also survived by a host of grandchildren, neices, and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Patricia M. Johnson in 2005.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2010 from 12-1 PM at Tuttle Funeral Home, 272 State Route 10 West, Randolph, NJ (www.tuttlefh.com) , followed by a funeral service at 1 PM. Interment at a later date in Ohio.
