Obituary of Alice Elizabeth Ryan

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, January 31, 2010 at the funeral home. Mrs. Alice Elizabeth Ryan, 77, passed away Wednesday, January 27th, 2010 at the N.J. Eastern Star Home, Bridgewater Township, following a long illness. Resident of Dover, moved here from Orange. Mrs. Ryan was born in Lynn, MA. She worked as a Home Health Aid for various agencies and retired in 2001 after many years. She was Past Worthy Matron and member of The Order of the Eastern Star, Mountain Lakes Chapter #270. Survived by two sons Philip J., and Ronald; two brothers Joseph Melanson and Richard Melanson; her sister Sister Joan Melanson. Also survived by three grandchildren Brittany, Laura, and Christopher and two great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband George L., her son Guy and her grandson Michael.
