Hi Marlene ~ This note is overdue, I know. It's been really hard to find the words I would like to comfort you with. There are no words of comfort when you have lost a lifetime partner. The days are long, the things you use to do for Danny, are not needed now. Danny is at peace. Please know that he is with you always in every memory you have in your heart. ~~~ I am thinking of you. I am grieving with you and Danielle, Pete, Tex and the rest of the family. But know that time does have a way to soften the pain and bring a smile. Love, Lorraine

Uncle Danny-My Godfather. Taught me about the horrors of the Vietnam war. Taught me how to hit golf balls and took me golfing. Bought me my first legal drink at Guido’s. Gave me his Blazer to drive, minutes after getting my license, so I can pick up my friends from school. He taught me about buying meat, fish and produce in the wholesale food business, & trusted me to set them up with computers. He was soft spoken, but firm. He’d make us all laugh, especially when going back and forth with Ralph, my grandfather. Most of all he showed everyone what a man should be, by simple actions. Being loyal to his wife and family. I’ll miss you, love you Uncle Danny.
